Is your RV ready for the switch to digital TV?

This February, TV stations all over the country will be switching their signals from analog TV to digital. TVs that are not ready for the new signal will get blurry pictures.

Some RVers might be in for a surprise when they turn on their TVs this spring.  According to a story on KSL.com, up to 90% of RVs and campers use standard analog antennas.

    Now that I have my DTV converter box, it appears impractical for the ‘end user’ to access the antenna cable on the back of the TV due to the fact that the TV is implanted in the overhead of the 2006 Winnebago Aspect 26A. Is there a way, and if so, how can I access the back of the TV to accomplish this task?, or must I schedule a service appointment?

    You might want to check with your local RV dealer/service rep for a solution to that.
