Rand McNally moveable GPS system debuts on Brave and Tribute

Although they feature striking retro styling, the Winnebago Brave and Itasca Tribute are built on very modern technology, from the Triton-powered Ford chassis on up. In fact, they also boast the very latest in navigational technology, optimized for use by both the driver and passenger.

The large-screen, dash-mounted Rand McNally GPS navigation system with Rearview Monitor simplifies backing up while offering safe and easy trip routing, travel tools, turn-by-turn voice guidance and more. Better yet, the unit actually slides along the dash between passenger and driver, so the co-pilot can plot the route, then simply side the GPS unit back to the driver’s side for easy navigation.

It seems like with phone GPS these days it will be a tough sell.

A large portion of the most recent cruiser GPS frameworks have been planned particularly for this environment. They are weatherproof, have intense external housings and linings and come complete with a shockproof mount which is intended to ingest the wear and tear of our rough avenues and streets. http://www.gurufocus.com/news/446229/garmin-is-gaining-favor-after-a-turbulent-period
